This is my 5th Porsche so I have dealt with many , many staff at many dealerships in Southern California over the years. And I must tell you, Mike is the best. He is professional. He is thorough. He is friendly and he never makes you feel rushed. He is happy to answer any and all questions. He is extremely respectful. His phone call follow ups about my car's status are always very detailed. I never feel hanging and in the dark. And most importantly, I trust him. And that quality can be rare. At least, it has been for me at other dealerships. (I also think Sal is very easy to work with). I would like to let you know what a pleasant experience it was buying my new Porsche Carrera 4S thru your dealership. I live in the Seattle area and purchased the car using the USAA car buying service. None of the Porsche dealers in Washington participated in the service, so I used my sons Southern California zip code and was contacted by Roger Wood of your Porsche Dealership. He found the car I was looking for at Downtown LA Porsche and arranged to have the car sent to your dealership. I understand there were a few snags getting the car but he stuck with it and got the exact car I was looking for. I flew down on May 22nd arriving at your dealership at noon. The car was all ready to go just as Roger said it would be. Lisa Sachs had all the paperwork ready and I was driving back to Washington an hour later. This is the kind of transactions where things can go wrong in a hurry.. but thanks to Roger and Lisa.. everything came off without a hitch. We are thinking of buying a new Cayenne next year and would certainly use your dealership again.
